Marketing Executive
Grow how many people find us, across search, content and the channels that actually convert.
About the role
Almost everyone who books with us arrives from a search. That makes marketing here unusually measurable and unusually large in scope: we publish location and service pages across all 50 states, and small improvements compound across a very big surface.
This role suits someone who wants to work on demand generation with real data behind it, rather than producing content nobody reads.
What you will do
- Own content across service and location pages, planning it, writing or briefing it, and measuring what it does
- Work with search data to decide where to invest, and be honest about what is not working
- Improve how pages convert, not just how many people land on them
- Run campaigns across the channels that suit a considered, occasion-driven purchase
- Report on performance in terms of enquiries and bookings, not vanity metrics
- Work closely with sales so marketing reflects the operators and cities we can genuinely serve
What we are looking for
- Experience in digital marketing, content or SEO, ideally somewhere performance was measured properly
- Comfortable with analytics and search data, and able to draw a defensible conclusion from them
- Strong writer who can brief and edit others
- Understands that a page has to be useful before it can rank
- Based in or able to work from our Roseville, California office
Nice to have
- Experience with programmatic or location-based content at scale
- Working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4 and a rank-tracking tool
- Paid search or paid social experience
- Background in travel, events, weddings or hospitality
