You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, receive a portable copy, learn how it is used or disclosed, or appeal a previous decision. Where applicable, you may also opt out of sale, sharing or certain profiling and limit certain uses of sensitive information.

RentX's current practices

RentX does not currently sell personal information for money or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice changes, RentX will honor legally recognized opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control where applicable, and provide an additional choice mechanism.

Make a request

Email privacy@rentx.com or call 888-95-3689 (1-888-957-3689). Tell us the right you want to exercise, the email or telephone number associated with your interaction, and enough detail to locate the record. Do not email identity documents unless we specifically request them through a secure method.

We may verify your identity and authority before acting. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. RentX will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. If we deny a request, reply to the decision and state that you are appealing.
