16–20 Passenger Limo Buses

Our 16–20 passenger limo buses balance space and intimacy. With TVs, premium sound systems, bar areas, and tinted windows, the 16–20 Passenger Limo Buses are often the sweet spot for proms, bachelor/bachelorette nights, and wedding parties.

24–40 Passenger Party Coaches

Why Choose a Limo Bus

When you compare a limo bus to stretch limousines, SUV limos, sprinter vans, or shuttle buses, the limo bus shines for groups that want both entertainment and space. It lets the celebration start en route, while a professional driver handles navigation, traffic, and parking.

Pickup Locations

We commonly pick up from hotels, airports, stadiums, concert venues, beaches, downtown nightlife districts, and private residences. Whether it’s a weekend from a suburban address into the nightlife area downtown or a ride to a major sports arena, our teams plan routes that avoid tight turns when possible and hit sensible drop-off points near venue entrances.

• Hotels and inns near the main streets
• Regional airports and private-flight terminals
• Stadiums and concert halls, easy curbside loading
• Beaches and vineyard tour pick-up points

Booking Tips

Reserve early for prom and wedding season, especially if you need a specific vehicle type. Share costs across the group, confirm pickup routes with your driver the day before, and choose the right bus size so everyone has room to move. Consider add-ons like decorations, a red-carpet entrance, a custom playlist, or multi-stop itineraries for a city bar crawl.

Best Time to Book

For spring proms and late-summer weddings, lock dates 8–12 weeks ahead. Holidays and big game days can sell out faster, if you want a specific model, earlier is safer.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I reserve a bus for prom?

Reserve 8–12 weeks before prom season if you want a specific limo bus or party coach. Popular dates fill quickly; if you need a larger vehicle or add-ons like a red-carpet setup, book earlier.

Can we stop at multiple bars or venues during our rental?

Yes. Multi-stop itineraries are common. Let us know your stops so we can plan pick-up/drop-off order and factor time for each location into the quote.

Do I need to tip the chauffeur and is the driver background-checked?

Drivers are professionally vetted and trained. Gratuity is customary but handled separately; we’ll include tipping guidance in your booking confirmation.

Are decorations and custom playlists available?

Yes. Decorations, themed packages, and custom audio playlists are available as add-ons. Share your preferences when you book so the vehicle is ready when your group arrives.
