Party Bus Rental in Stonyford

What We Offer

We know Stonyford rhythms: someone’s always organising a graduation, a county fair run, a winery visit, or a pickup for out-of-town family arriving for a visit. That’s why our approach is straightforward: comfortable vehicles, friendly drivers who know the roads between town and the next stop, and clear support if plans change. We help residents from Stonyford and nearby towns like Maxwell, Willows, and Williams move together without the parking headaches.

• Weddings and rehearsal dinners
• Birthday parties and nights out
• Family reunions and airport transfers
• Winery and lakeside days around Clearlake Oaks
• School events, proms, and community gatherings

If you’d like to see the vehicles before you book, our fleet page shows what’s available, and our booking page walks you through a quick reservation.

Fleet and Comfort

We keep things relaxed and dependable. Whether it’s a small group catching the fair in town or a larger crew headed toward Clearlake Oaks for the weekend, our buses are cleaned, maintained, and outfitted for conversation and safety. People often tell us they like the balance: roomy enough to stretch after a long drive, but still easy to load and unload at a country lane or a storefront on Main Street.

Capacity and Features

Our vehicles range in size and amenities so you can match the ride to the occasion. Expect comfortable seating, climate control, secure seat belts, and drivers who are courteous and familiar with the short cuts and scenic routes around Elk Creek and beyond.

Accessibility and Safety

Safety is non-negotiable. Every vehicle follows scheduled maintenance, and drivers complete safety checks before every trip. If accessibility matters for your group, tell us up front, we’ll make sure the vehicle and crew meet your needs without fuss.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as soon as your plans are set, especially in summer and around graduation season. For last-minute needs, call us, we often find ways to help neighbours even on short notice.

Can we bring food or non-alcoholic drinks on board?

Yes, light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are fine. If you plan to bring caterers or coolers for a longer trip, let the team know so we can recommend the best vehicle size and set expectations with the driver.

Do drivers know the local area?

Absolutely. Our drivers are from nearby or know the region well, they’ve driven between Stonyford and Maxwell, to Willows, and over toward Williams and Clearlake Oaks many times. That local familiarity helps the trip run smoothly.
