Party Bus Rental in Running Springs

Fleet and features

Our Fleet and features range from compact mini party buses to full-size coaches so you can pick the right vehicle for the trip. Whether you need a 12–14 passenger mini party bus, a 16–20 passenger limo bus, or a large 24–40 passenger party coach, each option is selected for comfort and reliability.

Bus sizes

Choosing the right Bus sizes matters: a 12–14 passenger bus keeps groups close and economical, while a 20 passenger party bus is great for proms and larger bachelor/bachelorette parties. For long-distance shuttles to a concert or stadium, the larger coaches offer more luggage room and a smoother ride.

Amenities

Expect modern amenities: LED lighting, club-style sound systems, Bluetooth audio, TVs, leather seating, bar areas, tinted windows and optional dance poles. These features help your group start celebrating on the road, perfect for a Amenities-forward night out.

Professional chauffeurs

Every vehicle comes with a Professional chauffeurs who handle navigation, traffic and parking. That means you can relax while your chauffeur plans the pick-up route, times, and safe drop-offs, whether you’re headed from a cabin in Green Valley Lake to a Lake Arrowhead dinner or from a house in Rimforest to a downtown bar crawl.

Add-ons & extras

We offer simple add-ons that make a night seamless: decorations, red-carpet entrances, custom playlists, multi-stop itineraries and on-board refreshments where permitted. Use Add-ons & extras to tailor the experience for weddings, proms or birthday parties.

Booking tips

A few practical Booking tips we give every customer: reserve early during prom and wedding season, divide the cost across the group, confirm exact pick-up routes for mountain roads or narrow streets, and choose the bus size that allows everyone to sit comfortably without overcrowding.

• Reserve 6–12 weeks ahead for proms or summer weekends.
• Share the booking link with your group to collect payments quickly.
• Confirm pick-up points near hotels, airports, or event venues to minimize confusion.

Packages can be hourly, one-way or round-trip depending on your needs, good to confirm if you want a bar-crawl-style multi-stop or a simple airport shuttle.

Popular occasions

People rent us for many reasons. Our Popular occasions include proms, weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthdays, homecoming, corporate outings, concerts, sports games and tailgating, wine tours, casino trips and nights out in city nightlife districts.

• Proms and homecoming, group pickup from schools or neighborhoods

• Concerts and sports, transport to stadiums and arenas with easy curbside loading

Compare options

When weighing a Compare options discussion, think about space and atmosphere. Stretch limousines and SUV limos can be stylish but are cramped for larger groups. Sprinter vans work for midsize teams who prioritize luggage space. Shuttle buses and executive coaches suit basic transport; the party bus is ideal when you want entertainment, open space, and to keep the celebration going en route.

Local pickup spots

In and around Running Springs, common pickup areas include hotels, private homes, Lake Arrowhead Village, airport shuttles to nearby regional airports, stadiums and concert venues, beaches, and downtown nightlife areas. We often run trips from Blue Jay and Cedar Glen to Lake Arrowhead events and from Rimforest into bigger city nights, keeping the route safe and straightforward.

Frequently asked questions

How early should we book?

Book as early as possible for peak times, prom, wedding season and holiday weekends. We advise securing a date 6–12 weeks in advance; for major concerts or popular event dates, sooner is better. Early booking also gives you more choice on Fleet and features.

What size bus do we need?

If everyone wants to sit together comfortably and bring coats or small bags, a 16–20 passenger limo bus is a common sweet spot. Choose larger if you have luggage or equipment. When in doubt, ask us your group size and typical itinerary, we’ll recommend a match from our Bus sizes.

Is alcohol allowed?

Policies vary by vehicle and local law. Many rentals permit alcohol if the group is of legal drinking age and follows safety rules. We’ll confirm permitted usage during booking and help you plan around venues with stricter policies.

What does chauffeur service include?

Our chauffeurs are responsible for navigation, safe driving, parking coordination, and helping with timed drop-offs. The Professional chauffeurs are trained, licensed and familiar with local pickup spots like hotels, event spaces and Lake Arrowhead destinations.
