Party Bus Rental in Olema

Why RentX

There’s a difference between a ride and a ride that fits the rhythm of community life. At RentX we bring vehicles that are reliable, drivers who know local roads and etiquette, and a booking experience that doesn’t make you jump through hoops. When you wonder “Why RentX?” think of clear pricing, on-time pick-ups from Olema or a short run to Point Reyes Station, and staff who remember your name (or at least your favorite route).

Local knowledge

We’ve driven the roads between Olema and Lagunitas enough times to know when the parking lot at the farmers market fills up and when Bolinas will be busier than usual. That local sense helps us plan pickups and drop-offs so your outing feels smooth, not rushed.

Safety and licensing

Every party bus in our fleet is insured, maintained to a high standard, and driven by licensed professionals. We check the basics, lights, tires, brakes, and the small comforts too, so you arrive relaxed and ready to enjoy your plans in Forest Knolls, Nicasio, or closer to home.

Local routes and gatherings

Whether you’re planning a pickup from a cozy house in Olema, shuttling guests from Point Reyes Station for an afternoon wedding, or putting together a loop that hits Laguna spots and ends with sunset at Stinson Beach, we can help shape a route that feels right. Talk to us about the order of stops, parking quirks near the post office, or a preferred spot for photos, we’ll listen and adapt.

• Weddings and rehearsal dinners
• Birthday nights out heading toward Bolinas or Stinson Beach
• Group winery visits with a short hop to Nicasio
• Community shuttles between Point Reyes Station and local events

Fleet comparison

Below is a quick way to picture which vehicle might fit your group. If you want, start with a chat about your guest list and we’ll point you to the right option.

What pricing typically includes

Our quotes usually cover driver hours, mileage within a sensible local radius, and basic vehicle preparation. If you have a long loop that goes from Olema to Point Reyes and back, or multiple stops in Lagunitas, we’ll outline any extra time or mileage up front so there are no surprises.

How booking works

Booking with us is a little like asking a neighbor for advice: tell us what you’re planning, we’ll suggest a vehicle and route, and then we’ll confirm availability. You can start online at /booking to check dates, peek at our fleet, or call for a quick conversation so we can get the details right. If you prefer to meet, we’re happy to arrange a walk-through of the options nearby.

Driver experience

Our drivers aren’t just behind the wheel, they’re guides to making the day flow. They know where to wait without blocking a lane, how to handle narrow country roads, and how to be unobtrusive while still being available when you need them.

Community-minded service

We care about the places we serve. That’s why you’ll find us supporting local events and being respectful of small-town rhythms, from early-morning farmers markets in Point Reyes Station to evenings when the Bolinas ferry schedule matters. Your plans are treated with the same attention we’d give to our neighbors’, because, in many cases, you are.

Next steps

If you’re ready, tell us the date, approximate headcount, and any special stops. We’ll propose options, share a clear quote, and get everything reserved so you can focus on enjoying the occasion. And if you’re still weighing possibilities, drop a note or see more about our vehicles on our fleet page. We’re here to help, like the neighbor with a helpful suggestion and a spare chair.
