Party Bus Rental in Lakehead

Why RentX

We’ve been arranging chauffeur-driven group transport across towns like Castella and Dunsmuir and cities beyond for years. RentX focuses on dependable vehicles, clear communication while you book, and drivers who know local roads and parking quirks so your group can relax and enjoy the trip.

Types of Party Buses

12–14 Passenger Mini Party Buses

These are ideal for intimate groups heading to a nearby stadium or a night of downtown nightlife. A compact footprint makes them easier to park at smaller event spaces while still giving you club lighting and leather seating.

16–20 Passenger Limo Buses

Our 16–20 passenger limo buses are the most popular choice for proms, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and medium-sized wedding shuttles. They balance space with maneuverability and usually include strong sound systems, TVs, and bar areas.

24–40 Passenger Party Coaches

When your group is larger, a corporate outing, a big tailgate, or a concert run, a 24–40 passenger coach gives everyone room to move, store gear, and arrive together without multiple cars. Coaches work well for longer drives, like wine tours that start in Bella Vista and loop toward Shasta Lake.

Features and Add-ons

Want LED lighting, Bluetooth audio, multiple TVs, a dance area, or a red-carpet entrance? Our fleet supports those extras. You can add custom playlists, decorations, or multi-stop itineraries for bar crawls and sightseeing. These features and add-ons turn a ride into an experience.

Booking Tips

Reserve early for prom and wedding season, pick the right size so everyone has comfortable space, and split the cost among the group to keep it affordable. Confirm pickup routes with your driver, plan for traffic near stadiums and event spaces, and ask about one-way, round-trip, or hourly packages when you call.

Compare Group Travel Options

Compared with stretch limousines or SUV limos, a party bus offers more standing room and a party-friendly layout. Sprinter vans are efficient for small groups with luggage, shuttle buses are fine for short shuttles, and executive coaches suit long-distance corporate trips. Choose a party bus when you want entertainment, space to move, and the ability to start celebrating en route.

Common Pickup Locations

Typical pickups include hotels, airports, stadiums, concert venues, beaches, downtown nightlife areas, and event spaces. We often pick up groups from suburban neighborhoods for a night into the city, and we regularly run routes connecting French Gulch to venues for larger gatherings.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible for proms and wedding season. For typical weekend nights, secure your bus at least 4–6 weeks out; for major events, reserve sooner.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary by package. Small deposits hold reservations; refundable amounts depend on how close to the date you cancel. Ask your agent for the specific terms when you book.

Can we play our own music and bring decorations?

Yes, custom playlists via Bluetooth are common, and light, temporary decorations are usually allowed. We can also arrange professional decoration or a red-carpet setup as an add-on.

Do you allow alcohol on board?

Policies depend on local laws and the specific vehicle. We’ll confirm rules for your route and event when you book; ID checks and responsible consumption are enforced by the chauffeur.

A Thought from the Road

We prefer to keep things simple: clear advice, dependable vehicles, and drivers who know the local rhythm, whether you're leaving from a Castella inn or rolling past the lakes near Shasta Lake. When the ride is part of the memory, it’s worth getting it right.
