Fleet Options

Choosing the right vehicle matters. Our Fleet Options include everything from intimate mini party buses to large party coaches, so you get the right balance of capacity and comfort.

12–14 Passenger Mini Buses

The 12–14 Passenger Mini Buses are ideal for smaller wedding parties or birthday groups who want lounge seating, Bluetooth audio, and a compact footprint for tighter parking spots.

16–20 Passenger Limo Buses

Our 16–20 Passenger Limo Buses hit the sweet spot for most nights out: roomy leather seating, club-style LED lighting, multiple cup holders, and strong sound systems so the party starts en route.

24–40 Passenger Party Coaches

For larger groups heading to concerts, tailgates, or office outings, the 24–40 Passenger Party Coaches provide the space and luggage room you need, with flexible layouts that can include bar areas and multiple screens.

Compare with other group options

When comparing a Party Bus to stretch limos, SUV limos, sprinter vans, shuttle buses or executive coaches, think about three things: capacity, in-vehicle entertainment, and how much you want to start the celebration before arrival. A party bus is usually the right choice for larger groups who want to socialize freely, dance a little, and keep luggage or gear with them.

• Stretch limousines, intimate, stylish, but limited in capacity.
• SUV limos, good for small groups with luggage, not a substitute for a full party environment.
• Sprinter vans, practical for transport and comfort, less emphasis on party features.
• Shuttle buses, efficient for transfers and airport runs, but usually without club features.
• Executive coaches, excellent for long-distance comfort and seating, but not built for standing, dancing, or club-style lighting.

Common pickup locations

We regularly collect groups from hotels, airports, stadiums, concert venues, beaches, downtown nightlife areas and event spaces. Whether it’s a short run from a suburban address into the city nightlife or a trip from a hotel to a major sports arena, RentX plans pick-up routes to avoid delays and unnecessary parking stress.

Popular occasions

Party buses are popular for proms, weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthdays, homecoming, corporate outings, concerts, sports games and wine tours. For example, groups coming from Weimar, Gold Run, Applegate, Meadow Vista and Grass Valley often use a single vehicle to move everyone together safely and keep the evening on schedule.

• Proms and homecoming
• Weddings and rehearsal dinners
• Bachelor and bachelorette parties
• Concerts and sporting events
• Wine tours, casino trips, and city bar crawls

Safety and Chauffeurs

Every booking includes a professional chauffeur who handles navigation, traffic and parking. Booking Tips

Plan ahead, prom and wedding season fill fast. We recommend reserving early, sharing the cost among passengers, confirming pick-up and drop-off routes, and matching bus size to the number of guests plus any luggage or props. For added ease, consider one-way, round-trip, or hourly packages and optional add-ons like decorations, red-carpet entrances, custom playlists, and multi-stop itineraries.

Reserve early

If you don’t want to miss specific vehicles or drivers, Reserve early, many clients in Colfax book months ahead for peak dates.

Share the cost

Splitting the fare across the group often makes a larger bus more affordable per person and keeps everyone together for the whole trip.
