When you’re planning the big day, the last thing you need is transportation stress. For weddings and proms, our drivers arrive early, help with luggage and gowns, and keep timelines on track. Couples in Loomis and nearby towns like Colfax often appreciate having a polished ride that fits the tone of their celebration.

Corporate & Airport

Heading to a meeting in Spokane or catching a flight? Choose a driver who knows the quickest routes and the little tricks to shave minutes off your commute. We offer meet-and-greet service at airports and consistent pickups for recurring corporate needs.

Hourly vs Point-to-Point

Sometimes you need a car at the ready for several hours, say a full afternoon of vendor visits, other times it’s a straight shot from A to B. We make both easy: book by the hour when you want flexibility, or book point-to-point for a single trip. Our team will help you choose what makes the most sense for your day.

Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly can I book a car?

Most rides can be booked within minutes through our platform. For special vehicles like stretch limousines or buses, we recommend booking a few weeks in advance to ensure availability during busy seasons.

Are your drivers local?

Yes. We work with operators who live and work in and around Loomis and the surrounding communities. Local knowledge means better timing, friendlier service, and a smoother ride.

What if my flight is delayed?

We monitor flight arrivals when you provide your flight number and adjust pickup times accordingly. If you’re running behind for any reason, you can update your trip in the app or call the driver directly.

Can I get a receipt for my trip?

Absolutely. Receipts are emailed after each trip, and if you need consolidated invoices for business use, we can help set that up through your RentX account.

If you’re curious and want to try us out, just say the word. We’ll help you pick the right ride, walk you through pricing, and make sure you arrive relaxed.
