Not every event needs the same vehicle. Here’s a straightforward comparison to help you decide.

The Ride Experience

Ever noticed how a moment changes when you arrive in a certain car? The hush as the door closes, the cool touch of hand-stitched leather, the whisper of a well-tuned suspension over Bethlehem steel bridges, those details matter. A luxury sedan with driver offers privacy and focus for business calls; a Rolls‑Royce arrival announces an occasion with cinematic poise. That feeling, confident, calm, and on-time, is what RentX delivers.

Planning Tips & Timing

Want to make sure everything goes smoothly? Here are concise, practical tips drawn from hundreds of local bookings.

Book Early for Peak Seasons

Weddings and proms in late spring and early summer see high demand, reserve your vehicle and chauffeur several months out.

Coordinate Photo Locations

Tell your chauffeur where you plan to take photos (Downtown Scranton, Nay Aug Park, or your venue) so they can plan convenient stop points.

Confirm Airport Logistics

For Wilkes‑Barre/Scranton International Airport (AVP) transfers, provide flight numbers and arrival times, operators track flights and adjust pickup windows accordingly.

Plan Group Transport

For groups, consider a luxury SUV or party bus to keep everyone together and comfortable. It’s often more efficient and more fun.
