Luxury Car Rental in Housatonic

Our Fleet

Take a look at Our Fleet and you’ll see choices tuned to how people in Great Barrington, Lenox, Stockbridge and beyond like to arrive: discreet prestige sedans, roomy luxury SUVs, and eye-catching classics and supercars for moments that call for a bit of theatre.

Sedans for business

For corporate chauffeur service or quiet transfers, our sedans, Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Audi A8 and Lexus LS, offer a buttery ride and subtle elegance. They’re perfect if you want your client meetings smooth and on-time.

Luxury SUVs

Groups and families in town often choose an Escalade or Range Rover for space, privacy and a composed ride down to Tanglewood or a weekend at Wheatleigh. These SUVs balance presence with comfort for everything from airport runs to estate pickups.

Statement cars for weddings & events

When you want to make an entrance, a bride arriving at St. James Place or prom-goers pulling up to the Mahaiwe, our Rolls-Royce Ghost, Bentley Flying Spur and select vintage wedding cars do the job. The soft close of doors, that hush of a V12 at idle, and the visual impact of arriving in a storied car: it all adds up.

Vehicle Comparison

Local Knowledge

We live and work here, so Local Knowledge matters. Housatonic sits close to Great Barrington and Sheffield, with easy links to Lenox (Tanglewood, The Mount), Stockbridge (Red Lion Inn), and Pittsfield if you’re passing through. For airport travel, folks commonly plan pickups to and from Albany (ALB), Bradley (BDL) and Boston Logan (BOS); we schedule transfers that factor in traffic patterns and the scenic backroads locals prefer.

How to Book

Booking with us is simple: pick your vehicle, tell us where and when, and we’ll match a vetted operator. For peak wedding and prom seasons, reserve early, Saturdays and summer weekends fill first. If you need an airport transfer, include your flight numbers so your chauffeur times the pickup around real arrival times.

Chauffeur Services

Our drivers are trained, insured, and discreet. Whether you request a corporate chauffeur service or a private luxury car hire for an evening, expect polished uniforms, courteous navigation of Berkshire roads, and local knowledge, like the best spots for photographs near the Housatonic River. We also support chauffeur service MA requests for clients travelling across the state.

Practical Tips

A few neighbour-to-neighbour tips: book weddings and proms at least 3–6 months out; allow extra time for photo stops at local landmarks like the Stockbridge Bowl or The Mount; and if your schedule involves connecting flights at Albany or Boston, build in buffer time. For corporate rides, share meeting schedules and attendee counts so we can match the ideal vehicle.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s included with a chauffeur-driven booking?

A typical booking covers the vehicle, a professional chauffeur, fuel, basic insurance coverage and a set amount of time or mileage. Extras like decorations for wedding cars, additional waiting time, or special requests (child seats, specific arrival routes) can be arranged for a modest fee.

How early should I book for a wedding in Housatonic?

For weddings, especially during summer and fall in the Berkshires, we recommend booking 4–6 months in advance. Popular dates and specific vintage models are reserved quickly; booking early ensures you get the exact vehicle and chauffeur you want.

Can you arrange airport transfers to Albany or Bradley?

Yes. We regularly handle airport transfers to and from Albany (ALB) and Bradley (BDL), and to Boston Logan (BOS) when needed. Share your flight details for smooth timing, and we’ll track arrivals to adjust pickup if flights are early or delayed.

Do you offer corporate billing and event invoicing?

Absolutely. For corporate clients, we provide clear invoices, account options for recurring bookings, and can coordinate with event planners or venue managers to streamline arrivals and departures.
