Local Knowledge

We’re not a faceless company parachuting in. Drivers in our network grew up nearby or have been driving these roads long enough to know where to avoid rush hour after Friday night church services and which backroads get you to the riverfront faster on summer days. Mention a spot, say, the market on Third Street or the I‑65 exit, and your driver will know it. That’s the kind of local touch that makes a ride less like transportation and more like a neighborly favor.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?

For everyday trips around Totz, same-day bookings usually work well. For weddings, prom nights, or large groups, we recommend a few weeks’ notice so we can match the best vehicle and driver to your plans.

Are drivers background-checked?

Yes. Every operator in our network goes through identity verification and local driving-history checks. RentX brings technology and standards together so you get drivers who are not just familiar with Totz, but also vetted for safety.

Do you provide airport transfers?

Absolutely, early morning flights to Louisville or late returns from Lexington, we handle those schedules. Drivers monitor flight times and traffic so you’re picked up or dropped off on time, every time.

If you’re up for a chat about what would work best for your next trip, whether that’s a quiet drive to town or a celebration with friends, give RentX a shout. We love helping neighbors get where they need to go, with a little comfort and a lot less worry.
