Black Car Service in Tad

Where we'll meet

Most pickups are simple and familiar: your driveway, the parking lot by the post office, or the corner near the town bakery. If you'd like, our drivers will meet you at the trailhead on a brisk Saturday morning or wait while you run inside for something you forgot. We aim to be as local as the church bell and as reliable as the postman.

Booking & Rates

Booking a ride with us feels like asking a neighbor a favor, easy and clear. Use RentX's online booking to see available cars and select the time that fits your day, or call if you prefer to talk to a real person. We show estimated starting rates so you can plan, and our platform makes comparing options straightforward. If you need help choosing, our team can recommend what works best for a short trip into Charleston or a longer drive up toward the Elk River.

• Reserve by the hour for local errands or a night out.
• Flat rates for airport runs and longer trips.
• Quick confirmations so you can get on with your day.

Fleet & Safety

Our black cars are chosen for comfort and care. Each vehicle goes through regular checks, and drivers are background-screened and trained to know the roads we all use, the back routes, the highway ramps, and the safest turns around icy patches. If you ever want to check a vehicle's features before booking, our fleet page lays it out plainly.

Community Care

RentX isn't a distant company trying to figure out Tad from a map. We're listening. We partner with local operators who live here, who know when school lets out and which roads to avoid after a big storm. That local connection is how we keep service personal, respectful, and quietly proud.

People use our Black Car Service in many ways: an easy ride to a family dinner, a smooth trip to a nearby town, or a dignified arrival for special days. We tailor each trip to what you need, extra time for mobility assistance, child seat options, or a polite driver who knows when to chat and when to give you quiet.

A quick look at common black car options

Small-town details that matter

You might be wondering about pickup windows, tipping, or how drivers handle winter roads. We cover all that during booking and on our booking page, but in short: we give clear arrival windows, we accept digital payments, and we work with drivers who treat winter driving with the care it needs. If you like, we can add a note to your reservation, "slow steps at the front door," or "please wait five minutes", so every little preference is respected.

What neighbors ask most

Do drivers know the area well?

Yes. Our drivers are local operators who understand the best routes around Tad and nearby towns. They’ll pick routes that avoid heavy traffic when possible and choose smoother roads when the weather looks iffy.

Can I book last minute?

Often, yes. RentX's platform shows real-time availability. For busy nights or special events, booking a bit earlier helps secure your preferred car, but we keep some options open for last-minute needs too.

How do you support events like weddings or reunions?

We help plan vehicles and timing so everything runs smoothly, shuttle loops, timed pickups, and drivers briefed on your schedule. Tell us the plan when you book and we'll work beside you to make it simple.
